FAQ

How do we book our session?

All booking requests must be submitted via the contact page or emailed to mackenzieleephotographykc@gmail.com. Please include the type of session you are looking to book, the package you are interested in, dates you are available, and any other pertinent information. When we narrow down the details I will email you a booking link to pay your 50% retainer to hold your date.

How will we receive our photos?

When your photos are ready you will receive a link to view your gallery. You will be given a download PIN that allows you to download the photos, and you may print and post to socials as you wish. For standard shoots your album will be available within 4 weeks from your shoot date. Photos must be downloaded within 14 days from the time the gallery is delivered or the link will expire. Please note that your final product will be a DIGITAL gallery - NOT a printed product.

Where will our session take place?

You are able to choose any location within 45 miles of Lawrence, KS (or further with additional travel fees). I also offer discounts for shoot locations within Douglas County. I will provide a list of frequently used locations with examples at the time of booking, but if you are looking for something more unique or have your heart set on something specific, I'm always open for an adventure!

Any other tips for the day of the shoot?

If there's ever a day to invest in getting your hair/make-up done and buying new outfits - this is it! While it's not necessary to spend the extra money, I've found that at minimum being well prepared and taking steps to ensure you look & feel your best plays a huge role in how you'll feel about your final gallery. Plan outfits ahead of time and start getting dressed early to skip feeling rushed and overwhelmed prior to your shoot!

Outside of being prepared - just enjoy the experience! I know that being in front of a camera can be stressful and intimidating (especially for parents wrangling children or boudoir clients), but rest easy knowing I've done this HUNDREDS of times. I will guide you through posing the entire shoot and your only job is to relax and have fun :)
